Direct Industrial Supply for HCMC's Petrochemical, Marine, & HVAC sectors.
Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC) has rapidly transformed into a premier industrial and high-tech manufacturing capital of Southeast Asia. Key industrial parks such as Hi-Tech Park (SHTP), Tan Thuan Export Processing Zone, and Hiep Phuoc Industrial Park anchor massive operations in petrochemical processing, power generation, wastewater management, automotive assembly, and shipbuilding.
This scale of industrialization generates huge requirements for thermal control and fluid handling systems. Tube bundles and heat exchangers are critical infrastructure components in these factories. Due to HCMC's proximity to the ocean and heavy tropical humidity, equipment is highly prone to atmospheric corrosion and mechanical wear.
Choosing tube bundles constructed with optimized corrosion-resistant materials (such as Grade 304/316 Stainless Steel or copper-nickel alloys) ensures high operational efficiency and prevents unplanned shutdowns in HCMC's manufacturing facilities.
Mika (Tianjin) Pipeline Technology Co., Ltd. is located in Tianjin, a strategic maritime hub of China and a key anchor of the maritime Silk Road. This location enables efficient manufacturing and global shipping of pipeline clamp and tube bundle products to Vietnam.
With a commitment to zero-leak sealing, our solutions support operations across automotive systems, cooling and heating networks, agricultural irrigation, wastewater treatment, and petrochemical processing.
Founded by Mr. Zhang Di, who brings nearly 15 years of connection technology expertise, Mika Pipeline has expanded to three specialized manufacturing bases in Tianjin, Hebei, and Chongqing. Our rigorous standard operating procedures ensure that every batch of material meets precise thickness, hardness, and tensile requirements.

E-E-A-T Technical Guidelines for Procurement Managers
Many procurement departments perform basic magnetic tests to verify stainless steel quality. However, cold working changes this property.
Although austenitic stainless steels like 201, 301, 304, and 316 are non-magnetic in their annealed state, the cold-rolling process used to form high-strength bands causes phase transformation to martensite. This results in slight magnetic properties, which are necessary to achieve the hardness and tensile strengths required for high-pressure installations.
High-friction tightening can lead to galling and premature joint failure during installation.
We apply carbon steel galvanized layers to our fasteners to provide built-in lubrication. If non-galvanized stainless screws are required, we use custom wax compounds. However, because wax compounds can dry out or degrade under high shipping temperatures, galvanized coatings remain the recommended solution for the humid HCMC market.
Varying temperatures in HVAC, automotive, and industrial processes require dynamic tension adjustments.
Our spring-loaded T-bolt clamps compensate for the thermal expansion and contraction of rubber and silicone hoses. During installation, it is critical not to bottom out the spring. Leaving travel space allows the spring to adjust dynamically to thermal cycles, which prevents excessive pressure spikes and extends the service life of the connection.

We operate under a strict quality culture: “Not designing unqualified products, not manufacturing unqualified products, not accepting unqualified products, and not transferring unqualified products.”
Our team believes that safety and quality are key to maintaining long-term partnerships with industrial operations worldwide. We train our engineers and technicians to test every batch of incoming raw materials for hardness, tensile strength, and exact dimensions before processing begins.
Our comprehensive onboarding and continuous training programs ensure consistency across all production lines:
To ensure consistent quality, our raw materials are sourced from leading domestic steel manufacturers. When a batch arrives at our facility, it undergoes testing for chemical composition, tensile strength, hardness, and thickness tolerance. Verified materials are stored in our climate-controlled raw materials warehouse to prevent premature oxidation.
Our engineering department features 5 senior engineers and an on-site tool processing center. We design and manufacture custom molds to support specialized pipeline configurations and clamping solutions.
Whether you require specific dimensions for a retrofitted heat exchanger tube bundle or custom dimensions for heavy-duty pipe clamps in HCMC, we can assist. We perform mold flow analysis and mock-up testing to verify performance prior to production.
