Providing direct, uncompromised engineering value addressing material misconceptions and installation integrity.
Most clamps are made from different grades of stainless steel. Typically, purchasing managers use magnets to inspect material grades, operating under the false assumption that magnetic attraction equals poor grade steel. In reality, the opposite is often true in cold-worked fasteners.
Austenitic stainless steels (grades 201, 301, 304, 316) are non-magnetic when annealed. However, to achieve the necessary tensile strength and hardness for dynamic clamping pressure, the metal must undergo a severe cold-rolling process. This physical deformation transforms the crystal structure from austenite to martensite, creating a magnetic field.
Screw lubrication is vital to translate input torque into high axial band tension. The zinc-galvanized layer on carbon steel screws functions as a dry lubricant, lowering the friction coefficient during tightening to prevent thread galling.
If zinc plating is omitted, custom wax compounds must be applied. However, transit thermal variations, storage, and ambient exposure degrade wax performance, resulting in high friction and loose connections. Mika standardizes high-grade galvanizing or advanced surface lubrication processes to protect long-term seal integrity.
Spring-loaded T-bolt clamps are designed for charge air cooler systems and coolant lines. As temperatures cycle, hoses expand and contract. The spring acts as a dynamic tension compensator.
A critical installation failure occurs when the spring is compressed completely flat. This removes the thermal expansion mechanism, turning the spring into a solid washer. Thermal expansion then causes extreme force spikes, damaging the hose structure and the pipe fittings, which drastically lowers service life.
Based in Tianjin, a strategic maritime Silk Road shipping hub, Mika Pipeline Technology is a premier connection technology manufacturer. Led by our founder Mr. Zhang Di, who brings 15 years of precision engineering experience, Mika is dedicated to delivering high-performance piping solutions globally.
With a staff of 100 people, including 15 sales engineers, 8 technical designers, and 5 senior engineers, our production lines utilize state-of-the-art tooling dies to ensure seal stability. Our products are widely utilized in automotive cooling, charge air systems, military applications, agricultural irrigation, and heavy industrial machinery.
From a specialized tooling workshop to a national-level technology enterprise with three state-of-the-art production bases.
Jinchaoyang Mould Company was established, providing core fabrication technologies and precise custom molds.
Formally transformed into a professional production-oriented connection technology manufacturer.
Secured Tier-1 OEM partnerships with major domestic automotive makers including GM Wuling, China FAW, BYD, and Changan.
Acquired independent export licenses; expanded sales and logistics routes into European, American, and Middle Eastern markets.
Officially renamed to Mika (Tianjin) Pipeline Technology Co., Ltd. Implemented automated manufacturing upgrades by investing 20% of sales revenue.
Achieved ISO/TS IATF 16949:2016 Certification and national technology-based enterprise validation.
Established our second manufacturing facility in Hebei Province, followed by the third hub in Chongqing to bolster automotive logistical support.
Implementing rigorous quality control, ongoing staff training, and professional supply chain management parameters.
We source raw steel sheet metal from prominent domestic suppliers. Each production batch undergoes strict metallurgical testing covering surface finish, thickness tolerances, Vickers hardness, and mechanical tensile limits before warehouse release.
Training represents a career-long commitment at Mika. Focused on systematization, institutionalization, diversification, and active participation, our program aligns every worker with precise execution protocols to minimize dimensional variances.
Our operational policy rests on four pillars: Never design a non-conforming part; Never manufacture a non-conforming part; Never accept a non-conforming part; Never transfer a non-conforming part down the production line.

Our heavy-duty clamps secure fluid containment channels under extreme vibratory and high-pressure loads.
Salt spray resistance and mechanical fatigue protection are vital on maritime vessels. Our 316 grade stainless steel and DIN3017 clamps deliver leak-free seals for ship cooling lines and exhaust systems.
Securing gas distribution piping requires uniform force profiles. Mika Single Ear Stepless clamps ensure reliable pressure retention for low and medium-pressure gas assemblies.
Our heavy-duty robust double-bolt and American type clamps offer high pull-out resistance under harsh environmental conditions for large-scale agricultural drainage and sprayers.
For chemical transport lines, oil transport, and pump manifolds, Mika industrial hose clamps W1-W5 grade products provide structural durability and leakage resistance.
We supply OEMs like BYD, Changan, and FAW. From turbocharger lines to radiator hoses, our constant-torque spring clamps deliver high vibration resistance during heat cycle phases.
Mika custom B-type tube bundles and multi-band clamps organize layout routings in tight layouts, protecting hoses from physical wear and structural damage.
