Engineered for absolute sealing structural integrity and high-torque reliability under dynamic vibration conditions.
Strategically located in Tianjin—a major northern Chinese municipality, international integrated transport hub, and core maritime anchor of the Silk Road Economic Belt—Mika Pipeline Technology stands at the global forefront of high-precision pipeline sealing systems.
Originally founded as Jinchaoyang Mould Company in 2002, our enterprise evolved from custom tooling and high-precision mold engineering into a specialized, state-of-the-art developer of pipeline hardware. With nearly 15 years of deep expertise under the direction of our founder Mr. Zhang Di, we have expanded our product capabilities, catering to critical sealing domains across global markets.
Our products are engineered to provide non-leakage seals in demanding application sectors including automotive cooling systems, military assemblies, aircraft air intakes, diesel exhaust after-treatment, high-pressure agricultural irrigation, and municipal drainage systems.
Ensuring supply continuity and localized manufacturing advantages across 3 state-of-the-art bases.
Acts as the headquarters and the primary precision mold manufacturing base. Home to our core toolmaking center, ensuring all stamping dies and clamping geometries are built to ultra-low tolerances.
Established in 2023 to expand high-volume stamping, stamping assembly, and surface-finishing lines. Streamlines the manufacturing process of standard American and German worm-drive hose clips.
Launched in 2024 to support major automotive clusters in Southwest China (including Changan, Ford, and local parts suppliers), offering JIT (Just-In-Time) logistics and customized distribution.
Automation & Reinvestment Principles
In order to offset rising global labor costs and drive precision consistency, Mika systematically reinvests 20% of annual sales revenue into automation technologies. By integrating automated robotic assembly arms, real-time optical sorting inspection, and high-speed multi-stage stamping presses, our production bases have successfully doubled output capacity while keeping the workforce headcount optimized.
Every single tool, mold, and die is generated in-house within our advanced abrasive processing center. This self-contained manufacturing ecosystem protects OEM intellectual property and ensures that standard deviations in sizing conform to IATF16949 parameters.
Demystifying raw material magnetism, thread lubrication, and spring-loaded constant tension mechanics.
Many procurement officers mistakenly reject stainless steel clamps if they exhibit magnetism, believing it indicates a lower grade. In connection metallurgy, the opposite is true. While raw austenitic stainless steel (grades 201, 301, 304, 316) is non-magnetic after annealing, the intense cold-rolling deformation required to achieve the tensile strength needed for heavy-duty clamps transforms part of the austenite phase into a magnetic martensite structure. The presence of magnetism confirms that the material has undergone appropriate strain-hardening to withstand high band tension without yielding.
When tightening a DIN3017 German type hose clamp, a significant amount of input torque can be lost to friction between the screw thread and the band housing. To maximize clamping force, carbon steel screws are galvanized, which provides sacrificial corrosion protection and acts as a dry lubricant. For premium stainless steel assemblies, we apply a proprietary wax compound lubricant. Unlubricated screws risk thread galling, causing the clamp to seize before reaching the design torque, resulting in joint failure.
In heavy truck cooling and turbocharger charge air systems, thermal cycling causes hoses to expand and contract. Constant-Tension T-Bolt clamps feature a spring mechanism to compensate for this movement. When installing, it is critical not to compress the spring completely solid. Over-tightening eliminates the spring's ability to absorb thermal expansion, converting it into a rigid spacer. This leads to excessive radial pressure during thermal peaks, damaging the hose and causing premature joint leakage.
Where high-precision clamping meets heavy-duty operating environments.
Approved and recognized by major OEMs (including BYD, China FAW, GM Wuling, and Changan). We supply zero-defect clamps for radiator coolant lines, intercooler hoses, and EV battery cooling plates.
Providing secure, leak-proof joints for high-pressure gas hoses. Engineered with safety-engineered tolerances and certified to prevent volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions.
Manufactured with high-grade marine alloys (such as SS316 W5). These clamps resist pitting and crevice corrosion under constant saltwater exposure in vessel bilge and cooling loops.
Optimized for dynamic soil shift and fluctuating pump pressures. Our clamps prevent line blowouts in large-scale spray systems and deep-well water delivery lines.
Heavy-duty solutions for pumps, compressors, and chemical reactors. Able to withstand extreme mechanical vibration and high radial clamp loading.
Ensures clean contact pressure without damaging the elastomer wall. Features deburred band edges to prevent internal shear stress in composite hose layers.
Meeting requirements for international shipping, customs, and global industrial standards.
Mika Pipeline Technology complies with international quality management systems, including IATF 16949:2016 and national level certifications for technology-based enterprises. Every shipment undergoes dimensional checking, band tensile force testing, and screw hardness verification before being loaded onto container vessels.
We provide one-on-one services, from bulk cardboard pallet packaging for OEMs to private-labeled blister packs for retail distribution. We supply comprehensive drawings, mechanical CAD drafts, material reports, and salt spray test certificates for every batch.
To maintain a resilient supply chain, we secure raw stainless steel coils from leading domestic steel mills. Each batch is quarantined upon arrival. It is released to the main stamping line only after confirming its chemistry, hardness, yield point, and precise dimensional thickness. This prevents raw material variance from affecting finished clamp quality.
